Updates

4 September 2021 (by Emma Fisher (Emma))

Good morning,

We hope everyone has had a lovely summer and we are looking forward to seeing everyone back in school on Tuesday, especially as we return to a more ‘normal’ way of school life.
As you will all know we have been very busy over the recent months with the construction of our new early years building and renovations to the current setting. Unfortunately, as this project was nearing completion, we had a break in and all copper pipes as well as the electric cables and distribution board were stripped and stolen. As you can imagine this has caused significant disruption and despite everyone’s best efforts (with staff in on evenings and weekends) we are not able to use this facility as we expected when we return next week,
This will mean that the reception children will still be able to come back on Tuesday but will be in the main school building. Staff will be on hand to show you where to go and answer any questions.
As a result of this, further building work has been delayed, so we will be able to use the usual entrance into school for at least the next week.
Thank you for your understanding with this and we can’t wait to see you all again on Tuesday.
We will continue to keep you updated.
